RIDGELAND, Miss., (Oct. 24, 2022) – C Spire, a diversified telecommunications and technology services company, has launched a first in wireless history – ‘Pick When You Pay’ initiative. It will allow prepaid customers to pick their monthly payment dates.

He added, "Our new Pick When You Pay initiative is not only a first in wireless history, but also in the customer's best interest. It gives them the freedom to choose."
Since each month has a different number of days, payment dates always vary. Inconsistent payment dates can be confusing, resulting in bad customer experiences. Therefore, C Spire is moving away from the usual prepaid wireless payment cycle.
Offered only in C Spire Country, the Pick When You Pay initiative will allow prepaid customers the flexibility and financial control they need, to pay for their service on the same day each month.
Benefits for C Spire customers include:
- Same exact payment date each month
- Customers can pick a payment date of their choice
- Customers will need to pay for the remaining days before renewal to restore service

- Activate a new phone or bring your own
- Choose a prepaid plan
- Activate service
- After the first day, customers have the option to select a different payment date
